  • The rubber o-ring broke in my washer hose. Does it require a special replacement, or will a standard hardware store o-ring suffice?

    The o-ring is a standard rubber washer. Please email us at info@hippohose.com with your order number so we can send a replacement. :)

  • What is the inner diameter of these Hippohose stainless steel washing machine hoses?

    The Interior Diameter of all our washing machine hoses is 10mm, which is 3/8", with a 3/4" connector fitting.

  • What inside liner made of.

    The "core" of the washer hose is 100% rubber. The second layer is a burst proof stainless steel braided sleeve.

    No there isn't. We color code them so it is easier to recognize which hose is which during installation.
